Part-Time Sales, Rental Marketing & Research Administrator

ZD Jasper Realty is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our condominium sales, rental leasing, market research, and Chinese-language digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• • Researching NYC condominium sales and rental markets
  • Monitoring competitor pricing, availability, concessions, amenities, and marketing
  • Maintaining sales, rental, and competitor-tracking spreadsheets
  • Preparing weekly market-research reports and competitor comparisons
  • Creating and publishing bilingual English and Chinese marketing content
  • Managing marketing through WeChat, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and other Chinese social-media platforms
  • Assisting with property listings, advertisements, presentations, photography, videos, and project launches
  • Supporting broker events, model-unit showings, and property tours

  Qualifications

  • • Strong knowledge of WeChat and RedNote
    • Interest or experience in real estate, marketing, business, communications, or data analysis
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Strong research, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
    • Canva, photography, video-editing, or graphic-design experience is a plus

  Employment type: Part-time, in-person

  Salary Range: $25.00–$33.00 per hour
