Executive Assistant
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a background in architecture, engineering, or construction. You will provide critical support in handling a variety of important tasks to ensure smooth execution of real estate projects.
Responsibilities:

- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- “Boots on the ground” style tasks such as coordinating deliveries, conducting walkthroughs, verifying items on-site, talking with subcontractors, communicating with neighbors, and physical labor as needed
- Preparing bid packages and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and consultants
- Managing various real estate project deliverables
- Research of new technologies or ideas to implement in buildings
Qualifications:

- Undergraduate diploma or higher required
- Mandarin proficiency
- Experience or knowledge of real estate finance, construction, architecture or engineering preferred but not required
- Intense desire to learn and strongly self-motivated. Innate sense of responsibility
- Eagerness to work on a variety of tasks ranging from paperwork to physical labor at jobsites
- Strong organiziational and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail is key.
- Proficiency and speed in responding to emails. Experience with Bluebeam or Revit preferred but not required.
Employment type: Full-time, In-Person | $60,000 – $70,000
MEP Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled MEP Engineer to support our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be a licensed New York State Professional Engineer with 5 years of experience in MEP design and implementation for residential and mix-use properties.
Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP project planning and coordination of MEP projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop project plans.
- Conduct site visits to document existing MEP systems.
- Design and oversee MEP systems for new buildings and/or coordinating with external engineers.
- Supervise installation and commissioning to ensure systems meet specifications.
- Manage project budgets and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical support during design and construction phases.
- Apply quality assurance measures and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in MEP engineering
- New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5 years of experience in MEP engineering
- Strong understanding of building systems design, codes, and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Chinese-English Bilingual (Highly preferred)
